Creating Dashboard reports to Vice president on CSAT & NPS. Global monthly report on SIO and MyITmarket. Weekly review report on myITpc metrics and depot volume summary. Generating Reports using Salesforce.com and sharing it with team members

using SharePoint. Data Mining and data crunching. SLA Analysis (Service legal agreement) using HPSM (PRO) HP service

management tool and Qlik view data access management. SIO (Site IT Operations) work for each month using pivot table and other tools

in Excel and Yotta (HP internal enterprise application) as reporting tool for enterprise data warehouse(EDW).

Report Generation of large volume data pulling data from SharePoint, qlik view or other resources.
