Overview

This quick guide will explain how to retrieve copies of your employee’s Form W-2 from ADP TotalSource®.

Note: Form W-2 hardcopies will not be mailed to you. You must retrieve them online.

1. First, find your starting point on ADP TotalSource®.- Reports > Additional Reporting > PR & Qtrly Tax Reports.

2. Select the Search tab and enter the From and To year and quarter in the YYYYQ field

a. For example, fourth quarter of 2015 would be entered as 20154 in both date fields

3. Click Show List of Available Reports.

4. In the Report Name drop-down list, select U.S. W-2 Employee Copies.

5. Select Find.

6. Select the checkbox next to the appropriate employee. (You can select multiple employees. - if you wish to retrieve multiple Forms W-2.)

7. Click View.

8. Print or save the reports as needed.

Note: Employees can retrieve copies of their Forms W-2 from ADP TotalSource® by navigating to Myself >Pay > Annual Statements. Employees who elected electronic annual statements will need to retrieve their Forms W-2 using this method, while employees who did not elect to receive electronic annual statements will receive their forms in the mail.
