    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

    To collect any returns as approved by the Sales Department (food, wine & beverages) backto the warehouse storage.

    To support delivery as and when he is available

    RELATIONSHIPS (internal & external relations)Internal : Direct Manager, Team Leader and colleagues, sales & marketing departmentExternal : Customers

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Collect the Returns Goods from customers as approved by the Sales Department

    Ensure all Goods Return Documents are signed off by the customers during the collection of

    the products Handover and count the returned products with the Inbound Team

    Assist in deliveries whenever there are no returns to be collected

    Other tasks are given by direct manger & warehouse management

    COMPANY POLICIES1. Employee agrees to adhere strictly to the Company Policies on Business Ethics.2. Employee agrees to bring to the attention of management any and all instances wherein there ispossible conflict with Company Policies on ethics.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Attributes)

    Have a valid motor bike driving license

    Able to work at odd hours

    Have sense of responsibility of Companys vehicles and products

    Able to make collection/delivery from/to assigned locations

    Good direction

    EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

    High School
