Excess material consolidationWe’ll help you consolidate excess inventory from diverse sources—overstocks, buybacks, mergers and acquisitions—and make it visible for distribution or disposition. We start by doing a detailed inventory audit to verify the items in the inventory and document key information for each item. This information enters our database and is made available through our web portals. Your material managers can then use or dispose of the material according to your company’s needs.

WarehousingWe offer different models for your warehousing and distribution needs. We’ll keep your inventory in our own facility, manage an in-house facility at your site, or manage your inventory in a third-party facility.

We operate our own warehouses in strategic locations, enabling you to manage inventories and material flows through a custom web portal.

We also offer outsourced warehousing services within your own facilities.

As an alternative, we can provide a virtual warehousing solution through our data portals and proprietary technology, integrating your company and your outsource logistics partners.
