Como saben esto es un programa piloto, lo cual significa que se estaráadecuando y modificando.

La fase de prueba será de 1 mes: Desde el 5 de Noviembre de 2014 al 5 dediciembre de 2014.

En este lapso se les pedirá que estén enviando sus sugerencias,comentarios y aportaciones al programa.

En cualquier parte del programa, de las áreas, y puntajes para pertenecera un stage, se estarán recibiendo sugerencias ya sea para agregar oremover tareas y hacer modificaciones hasta que quede un programa quepremie por igual el desempeño de todas las áreas.

Éste feedback incluye tanto a miembros, como líderes de equipo y VPs delas áreas.

A partir de éste mes de prueba se dará por entendido que tanto las tareas,como los puntajes y los stages están correctamente distribuidos entre lasáreas.
