No. The Prime must be prequalified in 3.01 and 4.01a or 4.01b.
3. Where individual projects within the bundle state “In House Road and Bridge”, which services within the scope defined by section 6A through 6J of each contract will the successful consultant be providing?

4. It is our understanding PI 0016532, 0016533 and 0016530 in Contract 2 are part of the SR 17 Grip corridor project. How does the department intend to deliver the projects under this bridge contract?
The bridge replacement projects PI 0016532, 0016533 and 0016530, are scoped to replace the existing bridges per those project’s justifications statements. Projects programmed as bridge replacement are used to replace bridges in-kind.

5. Required Area Classes:
Prime Consultants are defined as the firm submitting the Statement of Qualifications and the firm with whom GDOT will contract. The Team is defined as the Prime Consultant and their sub-consultants, who are considered team members. The Prime Consultant must be prequalified in the Area Classes identified below in Section 5.A. The Prime Consultant or sub-consultant team members must be prequalified in the Area Classes identified below in Section 5.B. Respondents should submit a summary form (example provided in Exhibit IV) which details the required area classes for the Prime Consultant and all sub-consultants or joint-venture of consultants on the team listed in the Statement of Qualifications. The area classes listed on the summary form must meet all required area classes or the team will be disqualified. The Prequalification Expiration Date must be current by the deadline stated for this RFQ.

6. Scope:
The Consultant shall provide concept development, field surveys and database enhancements, development of the environmental document including all required special studies, preliminary construction plans, hydraulic and hydrological studies, preliminary bridge plans, signing and marking plans, final right-of-way plans (including revisions), erosion control plans, staging plans and final construction plans (including revisions through project final acceptance). All required engineering studies are considered part of the scope of services. All deliverables shall be in accordance with the Plan Development Process, Electronic Data Guidelines, Plan Presentation Guide, NEPA and the GDOT Environmental Procedures Manual.
A. Complete Field Surveys:
