National Program Manager, VZ Concierge, December 2010 – January 2012Responsible for marketing strategy, and development and promotion of sales tools to increase the effectiveness of the sales force across seven regions. Developed and implemented a sales force training program; and created a sales engineering program resulting in 21 certifications. Worked with a cross functional team to modify sales/marketing collateral and develop presentation videos to be used by the sales force. In partnership with regional account managers, modified the VSS and AM databases to enable generation and communication of sales leads.

National Program Manager, SmartPark, August 2001 – December 2010Managed over 165 SmartPark properties throughout the United States. Responsible for marketing and sales campaigns, including collateral development, web site content updates and maintenance, and on-location marketing efforts. Acquired Alternative Capital Funding for existing properties. Approved customer-advertising campaigns. Collaborated internally with Enhanced Community Services personnel and externally with real estate developers, owners, brokers, and leasing agents, and occasionally tenants.
