Tripping With all of the equipment that will be at the set it is possible that a member may trip over some of these items, specifically wires.

Low High People need to look where they are walking to ensure they are not walking into something that may cause them to trip. Everyone also has to be made aware of all the hazards that may cause this.

Damage of equipment There is a risk that the equipment we are going to use to film the video may get damaged if people are not careful with the equipment. It may also rain when filming outside which would damage the electrical equipment.

High Low The people in charge of the equipment need to ensure they look after it well and do not do anything such as drop the item. For example, ensure there is a strap for the camera when filming or that it is placed on a secure tripod. A plan has to be made to ensure that if it does begin to rain, the equipment can be quickly covered and protected.

StudioOutside

Electrocution There is a lot of electrical equipment used for the filming of the video meaning that there is a risk that if something were to happen, someone could get electrocuted.

High Low Make sure that all of the equipment is looked after well and make sure nothing, such as getting the equipment wet, happens.

Fire There is always a risk of a fire when handling electrics.

High Low Ensure that nothing is overheated and all of the equipment is used properly. Also make sure that there is a plan in pace for if a fire was to occur to make sure everyone stays safe and out of danger.

Slipping If the ground is wet when outside, this may cause someone to slip and fall over.

Low High Everyone needs to be made aware of the areas that may have a slipping hazard and if this has to be used, ensure that everyone is careful around this area.

Outside

Temperature As a section of the video is going to take place outside, we need to ensure that the cast members are not affected by the temperature, whether this is cold or hot.

Low/High Low Make sure that the filming does not take place on a very cold day or an extremely hot day. This ensures that the cast members are comfortable in the outfits they will need to wear for the filming process.

Lighting When the lighting is used in the studio, there may be a risk that the light bulbs become very hot and if someone were to touch them, they could receive some severe burns.

High High Ensure that people are safe around the light bulbs and do not attempt to touch these if they have been on for a long period of time.
