OCTACRETE® (NANO-RMC)NANO POLYMERIC SUPERPLASTICIZING CEMENT SET-RETARDER FOR READY-MIXED CONCRETE (RMC) AND MORTAR (Complies as per ASTM C494 Type G)

OCTACRETE® (NANO-RMC) is a next generation high slump retention polymer which produces high early strength superior quality ready-mixed concrete/mortar, precast concrete and pumped concrete cost-effectively. It controls initial setting time from 2 hours to 8 hours without decreasing workability, final setting time, compressive and flexural strength of concrete. It is suitable to use in hot and tropical climatic conditions. It is ideal for horizontal and vertical casting.

OCTACRETE® (NANO-RMC) boosts up the high early compressive and flexural strength within 1 day. It produces less permeability and high durable concrete without any drying shrinkage. It reduces labour cost and time that produces quick pre casting or concrete batching. It required minimal dose to get extended slump life for long distance premixed concrete. It reduces water demand by up to 25-30% during concrete preparation that produces self-

compacting concrete and better finishability. It produces superior workability and homogenous cohesive mixture without bleeding/segregation. It produces set-retarded cementitious mortar with high strength and finishability. It is suitable for all cement types like OPC or OPC+ supplementary pozzalonic materials. It produces resistance towards carbonation, chloride and sulphate attack.

Add OCTACRETE® (NANO-RMC) 300-600ml in 18-20L water per 50 kg cement (W/C-0.4) in a mixing tank. At lower doses than recommended dosing range, it acts as a plasticizer. Do not mix onto dry cement. Overdosing may alter the initial and final setting time of concrete.
