Caravan Hire Terms & ConditionsWe reserve the right to vary the following if conditions demand
Families: Robin Hood Caravan Park does not cater for mixed or single sex groups, of any age. Bookings can only be accepted for a family or a couple. Dogs: Youmay bring your dog for a charge of £3.50 per day or £20.00 per week inc V.A.T. except in the Ryedale Caravan. Dogs must be ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES ON THECARAVAN PARK. Dog excercise areas can be shown by members of staff on arrival. Maximum of 2 dogs per unit. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.Payments: A minimum non-refundable deposit of £100 per caravan per week or part week is required and reservations are made subject to caravan being vacanton receipt of your deposit. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. No reminder will be sent for balance payment. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrivalmust be paid for in full. Bookings cancelled after this time will not be refunded. Debit and Credit Cards are free of charge. Cheques to be made payable to RobinHood Caravan Park. Keys: Keys are available at Reception from 2pm to 6pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival after 6pm or a later date.We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if not informed. On departure, keys are to be returned to Reception by 10am. Accommodation: Strictly limited to thenumber of beds in each type of unit as advertised in the brochure. The management reserves the right to terminate at any time, without refund of any monies ifthe accommodation is occupied by more than the persons stated on the booking form. A 3 night minimum booking is required over Bank Holiday weekends anda 2 night minumum booking is required May - October inc. Equipment: All caravans are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, duvets and pillows.You are REQUIRED TO BRING sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. Showers, WC, Colour TV, fridge and microwave are standard in all models. C entralheating as standard in all models. Gas & Electric: Both are included in the price. Car Parking: There is parking for one car at each caravan on a hard standing.Extra cars must be left in the car park NOT ON THE GRASS. MOTORCYCLES AND SCOOTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED on the caravan park at any time. Disclaimer: Themanagement will not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on the premises. Robin Hood Caravan Park(Crows Nest Farm Ltd) are not responsible for any matter of which you were aware and did not bring to our attention during your holiday. Robin Hood Caravan Park(Crows Nest Farm Ltd) recommend that customers take out their own travel insurance.

Anyonefound to have made individual bookings - and then forming a group on arrival - may be asked to leave the park. Dogs: There is no charge for dogs. Dogs must beON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES ON THE CARAVAN PARK. Dogs must be exercised in the appropriate areas. Maximum of 2 dogs per unit. Tent Size: We can not accepttents with electric hook up larger than 3m in width due to pitch restrictions. (There is no size restriction for tents without electric hook up). Payments: A non-refundable deposit of £60 per pitch per week or part week, or full payment when the total amount is less than the deposit required. Reservations are made subjectto the site being available on receipt of your deposit. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. No reminder will be sent for balance payment.
