Shows robot’ s range of motion in three dimensions. With the robot’ s range of motion on the screen, you can position a workpiece by simply using the mouse to make selections and entering numerical values.
Easily create models of a torch and painting spray gun by combining basic parts such as cubes and cylinders.
■Optimal Layout SearchWith information on the points of the workpieces and the robot's installation space, the best layout for the robot is determined. The teaching program can be used to also determine the layout that can result in the shortest cycle time.
An operation panel with the same functions as the actual programming pendant is available. You can use MotoSim EG with this operation panel in the same way as you would operate the actual robot with the programming pendant.
■Teaching in Of�ine Programming (OLP)Use the mouse to pick points of the robot on the screen for smooth, trouble-free teaching.・ Perpendicular positioning・ Movement to a target position and movement to a target position with a speci�ed posture・ Pick modes: Free, Vertex, and Center
■JobEditor (Optional)With YASKAWA's JobEditor*, you can edit auxiliary commands with MotoSim EG in the same way as you can for the actual robot.
Includes the programs necessary for calibrations, such as the layout calibrations required for of�ine programming, used for an actual robot.
■Job Transfer (TransJob)
Transfers jobs between different control lers and robots, facilitating the replacement of MOTOMAN robots.
■Monitoring of I/O Signals and VariablesI/O signals and variables can be manually entered, and the values of the variables as well as the status of the I/O signals can be monitored during playback.
Simulate teaching programs, including I/O data and variables.
■TraceView a graph of the trajectory for the control points of the robot during playback.
■Pulse RecordRecords a robot path as position information. Replay the robot motion frame by frame in forward or reverse.
■Calculation of Cycle TimeAutomatically view the cycle time after running a simulation.
