To whom it may concern,

It is with great sadness that I write this recommendation because I am sad that I am losing a great resource. I am a Director of Engineering for Pearson Education. My group functions as the go between development and our customers, one of the many roles we own is testing our products for customer readiness. Rob was hired two years ago to head up the effort for my group as it relates to Quality Assurance and documentation. Rob has many years of experience in different types of applications, when you read through Rob’s resume you can see most of them. Our focus is education which is a new area for Rob. One of the traits you will love about Rob is when he takes on a task he goes all in. He is a great team player and leaves no stone unturned. Rob did an excellent job of focusing my engineering team on the finer points of testing and software readiness. It was truly a pleasure having Rob and he will be missed by my entire team, when I think about the measure of a human being, it’s his legacy and his mark and Rob has left a great mark on Pearson and we were very pleased to have him. If you have any questions or concerns, I would love to chat and talk about our experiences, you will be getting a very dedicated employee and someone who I hold the highest regard for.
