Rocky Mountain Section Project On Sunday, Oct 9 th , 2016, over 70 students from five Rocky Mountain Section (#19) chapters participated in the 14 th annual section project at the Garden of the Gods Park in Colorado Springs. This year, the group primarily hauled dirt and gravel up a steep trail to help finish off steps that had been built in the trail by previous volunteers. Five chapters were represented – Colorado College, Colorado State University, University of Denver, University of Northern Colorado, and the University of Wyoming! It was a rewarding networking experience with other Mortar Board Chapters, build connections within our own Cap and Gown Chapter, and provide a valuable service to the region.
