Rationalize, transport, automate

The main fields of application for U-profile and fixed roller tracks are found in:

Live storage shelving Guide rails for conveying systems. Wheel conveyors and wheel carpets

for interlinking two work stations. Packing tables and picking stations. Assembly aids, e.g., in the woodworking

and window fabrication industries. Supporting the rollers on steel axles guarantees a

high load-carrying capacity (6 daN kg) and a very low sliding friction resistance.

The torsion-resistant roller track profile is formed from bright galvanized steel sheet and has rounded edges. Section modulus 0.5 cm3. Rollers are interchangeable.

If a free dimension is to be located at the front and rear for the fixed roller track, then this measurement must be specified.

We must calculate a surcharge for this.

Roller: Made of thermoplastic synthetic material,

resistant to impact and fracture.

Resistant to acids and bases.

Does not absorb moisture. Normal rollers can be used in

temperature ranges from -30 °C to +100 °C.

Multi-directional wheel tracks AR/ASRS

Torwegge multi-directional wheel tracks can be used wherever there are large-surface units, goods containers, packages, boxes, or workpieces to be rotated, sorted, diverted, fed, or picked.

The dimensions and weight of the material to be conveyed determine the spacing of the rollers or the bars. Forces must be determined, if necessary, through trial runs.

Sendzimir-galvanized profile; each roller can be replaced individually.

The Groovy pallet roller tracks can be used wherever TORWEGGE pallet roller tracks are considered to be too narrow as a result of their 74-mm roller length and a wider running surface is required.

Pallets measuring 1000 mm and 800 mm in width can be conveyed on 2 or 3 Groovy pallet roller tracks.

The advantage of Groovy pallet roller tracks is their durable construction. The carrier profile consists of 3-mm-thick galvanized steel with good deflection and torsional strength. The roller is manufactured from galvanized steel (Ø 60 x 2 mm) and has a load-carrying capacity of 160 kg. The ball bearings are maintenance-free and have a long service life.

Ball transfer tracks

Ball transfer tracks for flat and surface-hardened goods

Using ball transfer units and ball transfer tracks, surface-hardened, large-surface goods can be moved or turned in all horizontal directions with little expenditure of energy.

The load-carrying capacity information refers to smooth, hardened undersides of the goods to be conveyed. In practice, however, considerably more ball transfer units than indicated by the theoretical load-carrying capacity must often be utilized, depending on the surface quality of the conveyed goods.

Conveyor rollers

Conveyor rollers Torwegge conveyor rollers are available in steel, plastic,

and steel with rubber tire versions. They are primarily used in wheel conveyors, and

roller tracks for flow storage systems. The new deep groove ball bearings ensure that the

Torwegge conveyor rollers run smoothly and evenly. The steel sheet parts and hubs are galvanized for

corrosion protection. The cones, balls, and ball race are hardened and lightly

oiled (rollers with POM balls are not oiled). The use of POM balls in the rollers ensures low running noise.

Conveyor rollers

Multi-directional wheels, sturdy construction

The center of the wheel rotates around a principal axle. The roller wheel is equipped with ribs. Six barrel rollers are located between the ribs. These barrel rollers operate transversely to the main direction

of travel, which means that an item can be transported in all directions.

All wheel parts are manufactured from plastic polyamide PA6.6; the axles are made of V2A.
