To register documents as postal sending Customs officers require:

• For international postal sendings :CN 37 CP87 CN 23 and invoice profile;

• For catalogs, magazines, one needs to provide the Customs with СN 37 СN 31 and CN 34 for each pallet;

• Client needs only to specify address, all other documents are prepared by us and it does not take more than one day.

• In addition to standard list of documents at the request of Customs officers you will need as well:

• requirement of veterinary certificate for peanuts;

• preparation of FITO quality certificate for pallets (cargo — ceramic tile);

• filing of an explanatory letter that dry coating in paper bags is not an ozone-depleting substance (for ecology);

• requirement hygienic conclusion from National Sanitary and Epidemiological Service on cases for audio and video cassettes;

• Requirement of customs inspector to complete «TIR carnet » in Ukrainian;

• Requirement of licenses for goods and quotas self-completion

ABOUT PRICES:INVOICES

Single cargo• Department of tariffs does not

recognize invoices of Sender. They may either coincide or not. In the last case you should pay customs duty even if specified in the invoice price of the goods is not subject to customs clearance.

Post• According to the new Customs

Code - to send mail it is not necessary to specify price in the invoice.

Single cargoFor orders of over 200 euros, to pay:• Customs duty of 10% of the total

value of the goods;• VAT;• Excise duty.• Total - 44% of the total value of your

parcel. In the end, for the customs procedures the company would pay 88,000 hrn.

Post delivery• This product is considered as

international mail weighing up to 1.5 kg and cost up to 200 euro.

• In this case the goods are not subject to customs duty payment.

ABOUT PRICES: CUSTOMS CLEARANCEInternational mail - 200 coffee machines with total value of 200 000 hrn.

Weight of one coffee machine - 1,5 kilo, price – 1 000 hrn.
