– Proportion that will ever enter higher education
– Access to higher education
– Relative value of higher education as perceived by students and their families
• Arkansas College Going Rate improved in 2001 to 59.4%, an increase of 3.7%
• National College Going Rate increased in 2000 to 63.3%, an increase of 0.4%
