Trustee currently Guardian Trust;

Under KC5 Income Tax Act has donee status for funds paid offshore

2. 4 plus members as trustees

3. Sign deed: - club under seal - all trustees;initial all pages

4. Obtain RI approval

6. Register as trust board under Charitable Trusts Act

7. Apply to Charities Commission before 30 June

Use approved standard deed:
