RPO Industry Recruitment Process Outsourcing is an industry which is a bi- product of Recruitment/Staffing industry in other countries, outsourced to India to fill the needs of their respective clients. India emerged as one of the pioneers for RPO, providing workforce not just in terms of recruiters but also providing support to other functions. Designation – Associate Recruitment Executive

• Involved in the complete recruiting cycle of candidates, right from identifications of the resource, screening, interviewing, briefing, negotiating packages, and delivery.

• Responsible for taking care of the hiring for our clients based out of America, hiring locals for American jobs.

• Identifying and sourcing profiles from various job portals along with our own Database, Network References, Head Hunting, social sites and professional.

• Taking a Preliminary round of a telephonic Interview so as to judge the abilities of the candidate before submitting the profile to the client.

• Arranging client interviews with shortlisted candidates and aggressively follow-up through out the complete work flow cycle.
