논문 요약 아시아교육연구 15권 3호 주영주(朱玲珠) ** 김동심(金東心) *** 이광희(李光熙) **** 본 연구에서는 우리나라 고등학생의 자기효능감, 학교소속감, 부모지원, 학교만족도 및 학업성취도간의 구조 적 관계를 검증하고 학교유형상 목적이 다른 자율고교생과 특성화고교생의 잠재평균의 차이가 나타나는지 확인 및 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2012년 A자율고교생와 B특성화고교생을 대상으로 편의표집하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 고등학생의 자기효능감, 학교소속감, 부모지원은 학교만족도에 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 학업성취도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자율고교 생과 특성화고교생의 자기효능감, 학교소속감, 부모지원, 학교만족도를 비교한 결과, 자율고교생의 자기효능감, 학교만족도가 특성화고교생에 비해 높았으며, 효과크기는 자기효능감, 학교만족도 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 2개 유형의 고등학교에서는 자기효능감, 학교소속감, 부모지원을 높일 수 있는 프로그램을 학생들에게 제공한다면 학교교육의 성과인 학교만족도와 학업성취도가 높게 나타날 수 있을 것이다. 주요어 : 자기효능감, 학교소속감, 부모지원, 학교만족도, 학업성취도 이 논문은 년 정부 미래창조과학부 의 재원으로 한국연구재단의 지원을 받아 수행된 연구임 주저자 이화여자대학교 교육공학과 교수 교신저자 이화여자대학교 교육공학과 박사과정 수원과학대학교 아동보육과 교수

    Abstract

    Difference Analysis of School Type Among Self-Efficacy, Parental

    Support, School Belonging, School Satisfaction and Achievement*1)

    The purpose of the present study is to examine the causal relationship and invest the

    difference among self-efficacy, parental support, school belonging, school satisfaction and

    achievement in the high school education by school type. For this study, 444 students at High

    school in Korea completed surveys in the fall semester of 2012(222 students: prestigious private

    school, 222 students: specialized vocational school). The result of this study, First, self-efficacy,

    parental support, school belonging affect school satisfaction. Second, Self-efficacy affect

    achievement. Third, According to latent means analysis, Specialized vocational school students

    shows significantly lower latent mean values than prestigious private school students on two

    factors(self-efficacy, school satisfaction). In the case of specialized vocational school students

    self-efficacy highly affected achievement. Based on these results, this study suggests instructional

    design methods and management strategies to improve the quality of learning in prestigious

    private school and specialized vocational school.
