Development and Manufacture

Rolling Technology

The automatic cold bending machine used in our factory has the most advanced fully automatic cold bending technology in the world. It is mainly applied to rack, column, crossbeam, laminates and stiffened rolling. The technology has the following characteristics:

1. Advanced technology, continuous coiled material production, forming the workpiece appearance is good, high strength.

2. After cold rolling forming, fine cutting and long cutting are finished.3. High accuracy, high accuracy of punching and integral forming, fully ensuring the final installation

accuracy of the rack.4. The production efficiency is high. The average speed is 36 meters per minute, to maximize the

production demand. 5. High reliability, low failure rate, stable performance and strong continuous production capacity.

Automatic welding robot

A large number of Japanese FANUC welding robots are introduced in China. According to the welding trajectory set by the program, the robot automatically completes the welding work. The welding product is of high quality, stable work, high production efficiency, smooth and full appearance of the weld surface and no slag.

Coating Equipment

The introduction of 4 GEMA electrostatic powder spraying production line is much better than that of other domestic assembly spraying equipment.

1. The whole spraying process is automatically carried out, which can automatically pickle, phosphating and baking the surface of components.

2. The finished powder is highly coloured and glossy, and the film thickness is even. It can be placed outside for a long time without fading.

3. During the spraying process, the powder will not leave the box, it can be reused after filtration, and the utilization rate is high.

4. It can meet the requirements of the complex workpieces.5. The speed of powder exchange is fast, and the production efficiency is high.

Cantilever racking is a specific type of warehouse storage system which is a combination of vertical column, base, arms and horizontal and/or cross bracing. The bracing is used to join two or more cantilever bays together. They are often used in lumber yards, woodworking shops, and plumbing supply warehouses.

Fencing

Temporary fencing is a free standing, self supporting fence panels usually are joint by clamps and bases, making it portable and flexible for wide range of applications.

All of our heavy duty temporary fencing panels are designed for long life use, with fully hot dipped galvanized ‘anti climb’ weld-mesh panels, bright orange plastic/concrete filled bases and nut/bolt clamps/connectors. They are ideal for events, civil construction and building sites.

Our temporary fencing mesh are 3mm thick, 150mm height and 60mm width. The whole panel size is 2.4m width and 2.1m height, with 32mm hot dipped galvanized pipe.
