Plan of Proposed Subdivision of Lots 1-36 (Residential Lots), 200-207, New Road & Lease A, Plan No. 1 Rev D, 5 November 2013, Bennett & Bennett Surveyors and Planners 1. MANAGEMENT LOTS PLAN (STAGE 1) We note the following amendments to the previous Permissible Change request for Council’s attention: a) Sheet 1 of 3 Residential RoL and Master Lots Plan staging plan. b) Sheet 2 of 3 Minor adjustment to allotment areas and dimensions. Lots re-numbered. Corner truncations amended. “New Road” replaces former proposed Lots 7, 10 & 11. Former proposed Lot 5 (northern part) amalgamated into Lot 200 and future road area set aside; former proposed Lot 5 (southern part) represented as part of Lot 205 for future road purposes. Lots 203 & 204 boundaries adjusted to accommodate Child Care and Hardware Store uses. Former proposed Lot 9 (stormwater quality and sewerage pump station) reconfigured for sole use for sewerage pump station. Lot 207 created for public use land (PUL drainage).

Further to the previous permissible change applications submitted to Council and discussions between the client, DTMR and Council on 20 July 2012 (item 1) and 3 April 2013 (item 2), we submit hereto amended plans for approval and request changes to the residential subdivision layout and master lot layout as detailed below. 1. MANAGEMENT LOTS PLAN (STAGE 1) We note the following amendments to the previous Permissible Change request for Council’s attention:

Easements indicated for water supply and electricity sub-station purposes.

Lease A to Telstra indicated over Lot 205 – to be registered as a lease over part of an allotment for a period greater than 10 years including renewal periods. The terms of the lease are yet to be confirmed; however an indicative lease period of up to 20 years is proposed.

Any freehold lots to be transferred to Council are to be held in trust for the purpose of the allotments.

2. RESIDENTIAL ROL (STAGE 2)

We note the following amendments to the previous Permissible Change request for Council’s attention:

a) Sheet 1 of 3

Residential RoL and Master Lots Plan indicated on one single plan. b) Sheet 3 of 3

Minor adjustment to allotment areas and dimensions. A copy of this request has been provided to the Department of Transport and Main Roads (including the former Queensland Transport) and the Department of State Development Infrastructure and Planning as Concurrence Agencies to the original application (refer to Attachment E).
