Your site manager, usually the owner, manager, or person with the authority to accept the Terms and Conditions, must register your agency with Sabre Vacations before you are able to access the system and book vacation packages. Your site manager must also create user logons for each agent who requires access to the application.

See the administrative quick references on Agency eServices for the steps required to register your agency.

Note: The system has previously registered most existing agencies with Sabre Vacations. Your owner or manager received an email advising of the pre-registration and additional instructions. If you are a new agency or if you find your agency does not have access to Sabre Vacations, please have your agency owner or manager take a few minutes to complete the registration process.

S I N G L E S I G N O N

Before accessing Sabre Vacations, every agent must have their own individual Sabre system Employee Profile Record (EPR) to be recognized as themselves in Sabre Vacations. Please see your Create agent in your office if you do not have your own EPR.

The very first time you access Sabre Vacations, a blank logon page displays. You must enter your Sabre Vacations account number, logon name and password. This information attaches to your EPR, and is entered and stored on an internal logon table. From that point forward, once you logon to either the Sabre® Red Workspace or the Agency eServices web site, Sabre Vacations accesses your logon information from the table. All you have to do is access Sabre Vacations and you are taken directly to the Home page - you are not required to type the logon information ever again!!
