RE: Candidate Maria Sachs violations of Florida Statute 106

Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this complaint is to highlight the apparent violations of Florida Statutes

106 by a candidate for the Florida Senate, Maria Sachs.

As you are aware, Florida Statutes require a candidate file timely campaign reports.

Having missed the deadline for filing her latest campaign report, it is apparent Ms.

Sachs is in violation of State Law.

Therefore, please let this letter stand as my official complaint against Ms. Sachs for the

following violations of Florida Campaign law:

1. Pursuant to Chapter 106, and the schedule of reporting dates promulgated by

the division of elections (attached), I allege that as of 10/4/2014 at 9:41am, Ms.

Sachs failed to file campaign report 2014 G3 by midnight 10/3/2014.

Sachs was sent an audit letter on Sept 24, 2014 (attached). Pursuant to106.07(2), F.S., I allege that as of 10/4/2014, the statutorily allotted 7 days have

elapsed, and Ms. Sachs has failed to file an amended report with the Division

after having received such letter.

3. I also allege Ms. Sachs is a complete blithering idiot, but I’m not sure that’s

against the law. Kindly opine.

Please fully investigate this matter and apply the appropriate sanctions.
