The most influential Senators in the Utah Legislature are resigning, signaling a changing of the guard. Senate Majority Whip, Davis County's Dan Eastman, the Rules Committee Chairman, Senator Bill Hickman, and Minority Leader Mike Dimitrich

Senate President John Valentine isn't worried.
