We believe in cutting the mustard, not corners. The extensive internal quality inspections and quality control audits ensures that only the best quality product reaches the customer.

Our quality control process is spread across various stages of manufacturing right from the raw material section upto the packaging section. Thorough quality checks are undertaken at the weaving section, printing section, lamination section, cutting section, stitching section, sorting section and at the final packing section.

For inspection and quality control audit, we have the latest technology and instruments which includes Universal Tensile Tester (UTM), Dial Gauge Meter, Micrometer, GSM Cutter, Wrap Reel, Water-Bath, De-lamination, Muffle Furnance, Hot Air Oven, Environmental Condition Simulation Chamber, Visibility Chamber, Electronic Balance.

We are the authorized Del Credere Associate (DCA) of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) (Polymer Division) for the state of Rajasthan. We are operating the DOPW (Dealer Operated Polymer Warehouse) of IOCL in Udaipur (Rajasthan).

We are in charge of marketing and distribution of IOCL polymer products such as Polypropylene (PP), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) in the state of Rajasthan. Indian Oil Corporation Limited is one of the largest commercial producer of petrochemicals and petroleum products in India. It is India’s largest Central Public Sector Enterprise and considered as a “Maharatna”.

This semi backward integration helps us to predict future price trends of our raw materials. This gives us a significant advantage over our competitors. We also provide price guidance to our customers for better procurement planning.
