SPIRITUAL COMMUNION PRAYER
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.

A Message from Cardinal Tobin regarding The Feast of the Ascension
Although the obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days has been suspended, there is a understandable urgency to livestream liturgies for the faithful.
To ease the pastoral work of livestreaming during this difficult time, I have approved the transfer of the observance of the Ascension of the Lord from Thursday, May 21 to Sunday, May 24, 2020.
