DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) is a family of technologies that provides internet access by transmitting digital data over the wires of a local telephone work. To provide internet access we use the most commonly installed DSL technology i.e. Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL).

We can categorize the DSL as Ordering, CRM (Customer Relationship management) & Billing. I fall under ordering umbrella. To support, we use CPSOS application stands for Complex products Service Order System.

It supports pre-ordering and ordering flows for DSL transactions for both GUI & retail systems.

This is a Mission Critical Application as if the ordering transaction fails which may lead to business impact if the systems are not available
