PROJECTTITLE: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MPD OVER MPEG-DASH

In Video domain, MPEG_DASH is the latest hot topic with universal standardization for client players by addressing the formatted content present in the associated MPD manifest file.

In this project, MPD is implemented as per the specification of ISO Standard (ISO/IEC 23009-1) second edition 2014-05-15, as per the coding guidelines of DVD-FF Record Engine.

The proposed method enables to share production of multiple files, distribution of file and transparent operation to overcome fragmentation and low quality of experience.
