Present at the at the time of the accident. “ I was stopped for a red light at the intersection of Fremont Ave. No. 26th Avenue North when a blue Mazda passed her in the right lane and went through the red light. About have way through the intersection the blue Mazda collided with a maroon car that was heading eastbound on 26th Avenue. She thought the car was not speeding and that the maroon car had a green light.
