The Sammamish Heritage Society
The Sammamish Heritage Society is a non-profit (501.c.3) organization founded in 1999 Established to preserve the history and heritage of Sammamish and the Plateau Operates with dedicated volunteer members Funded by donations, grants, and city contributions

2016 – Ongoing for 7/31/17 Deadline Held monthly business meetings (public) Participated in five community events Increased membership from 20 to 30 members Phase I of the Historical Resource Inventory begun.
Initial research and field work completed on 151 pre-1941 properties
Accepted/cataloged 20 artifacts and 476 documents Restored the Reard House exterior
