ARCHITECT LMN Architect

LOCATION One block east of East Lake Sammamish Parkway, directly adjacent to 220th Ave., with easy access to two I-90 exits.

ACCESS Ingress and egress to Sammamish Parkplace is provided at two locations via 220th Ave.

FOUNDATION All building foundations consist of auger cast concrete piles with cast-in-place concrete pile caps.

ExTERIOR WALLS Precast concrete panels with glazed storefront glazing in punched openings. A glazed curtain wall system is utilized in certain locations. The top floor wall sections are metal composite panels with a clear anodized finish.

STRUCTURAL FRAMING 2-inch metal deck with a 2-1/2” concrete topping slab supported by steel wide flange beams and girders. Steel wide flange columns and concrete walls at the stairs and elevator shafts support the roof and floor framing.
