Welcome to Service Adventure!Welcome to the first issue of the
2010-2011 Service Adventure
newsletter. Each month we will use this as a way to learn more
aboutwhats going on throughout Service Adventure. Everyone is
welcome to
submit stories, pictures and prayer requests at any time and I
will include
what I can. For instance, if you had a fun or funny adventure,
pleasesend me a little note about it and well share it with
everyone else. Or
perhaps you wrote something in your journal that youve been
thinking
about and wonder if others are thinking about the same things,
sharewhat you wrote. Maybe youve even found a recipe that your
household
really enjoys, send it in and well share it with the other
units. All you
need to do is submit things to me at [email protected]
.
We also have a Service Adventure page on Facebook. You can join
the
group and add photos, videos or start discussions. And feel free
to
encourage your family and friends to like Service Adventure as
well.
IntroductionsEvery month, the Service Adventure News will
feature one of our units.
They will write in and tell us more about who they are and what
they are
experiencing during this year. Since most of us are off to a new
year,
this month includes photos of each unit and names so we can
begingetting to know each other.
Prayer Household of the
MonthEach month we will pray for a
household. I will begin with
specific units in October. This
month lets take the time to
pray for all of the Service
Adventure unit leaders.

continue to get used to
living with a new group of
people.
