Foreign investment is a subject of interest and work for lawyers from both sides: jurisdictions that receive investments and those that export them.
International Arbitration is a common issue related to foreign invest-ment and lawyers who are working for both sides need to know the best available options for their cases.
We will be in Santiago, capital of Chile, country known for leading the respect of the rule of law in Latin America, a great foreign investment receiver and with long tradition in arbitration to discuss the state of art of the relationship between foreign investment and international arbitration.
IntroducciónLas inversiones extranjeras son un tema de interés y trabajo para los abogados de ambos lados: jurisdicciones que reciben inversiones y aquellas que las exportan.
El arbitraje internacional es un asunto común que relaciona las inver-siones extranjeras y los abogados que trabajan para ambas partes y quienes necesitan conocer las mejores opciones disponibles para sus casos.
Estaremos en Santiago, capital de Chile, país conocido por liderar el respeto del estado de derecho en América Latina, un importante receptor de inversiones extranjeras y con una larga tradición en arbitraje en el que se discutirán el estado del arte de la relación entre inversiones extranjeras y arbitraje internacional.
