ManagedtheONAcoffeebrandprovidingconsultativeservicesaswellasstrategicmarketingdirection.Thisincludedongoingdevelopmentofthebrand,website,socialmediaandmarketingmaterials.

DeliveredthenewbrandandwebsiteforDepartmentofPrimeMinisterandCabinet,consolidatingtheir22websitesinto3andrunningfocusgroups,markettesting,videoproductionmanagementandinteractiveinfographicdevelopment.
ManagedthehighprofilePrimeMinistersCyberSecurityStrategy.Thisprojectwasdeliveredunderstricttimepressure,requiringthecoordinationofmultipleteamstodesignandbuildthewebsite,printedreportandinteractiveinfographics.AllcontentwaspresentedbythePrimeMinisterhimselfasscheduled.
DevelopedbestpracticeprocessesandproceduresthatwerefirstlyusedtodevelopandtrainnewaccountmanagersintheCanberraoffice.AftersuccessintheCanberraofficetheCEOrequestedItrainstaffacrossalltheAustralianZOOGroupoffices.

May2012–October2015ManagedtheCentenaryofCanberraCampaignwhichspannedmultipleyearsallwithinanextremelytightbudget.Thisinitiallystartedoffasasmallengagement,howeverduetostrongcustomerrelationships,itgrewtoitincludebranding,TVC’s,multiplewebsites,marketingcollateralandsocialactivations.
WorkedwiththefounderofFashfest,rantheeventcoordinationduringthefirstyear.Thisrequireddealingwithalotofunknowns,thinkingcreativelyandcomingupwithsolutionsrapidlytoputonthesuccessfulevent.
ConsistentlymetandexceededquarterlyKPIs.Thiswasachievedthroughactivelypursuingnewopportunities,consistentlydeliveringforexistingclientsandsuccessfullygrowingmycustomerbase.
Rantheinternshipprogramthatinvolvedregularintakeofuniversitystudentsstudyingmarketingandcommunications.Thisrequiredtrainingandmentoringsotheywereabletodeliversmallprojectsthemselves.Thiswasparticularlypleasingwhentheygraduatedandsecuredemploymentwithleadingfirmsintheindustry.

July2009–April2012Icoordinatedcontentdevelopmentforinternalandexternalcommunicationmaterialsaroundthe5thCommunityPharmacyAgreement.ThisensuredthattheGuildwasabletohaveclearandconcisemessagingonbrandonaregularbasis.
EachyearIwasattheGuild,IledthecreativecampaignfortheAustralianPharmacyProfessionalconference.Thisincludeddevelopingauniqueexhibitionattheconference

Ledthedesignanddevelopmentofthequarterlypharmacyassistantmagazine.Workingwithkeystaffonnewandimportantinformationincludingtrainingtoolsthatsupportedpharmacists.

September2007–July2009Responsibleforthecompaniesbrand,websiteandmarketingmaterials.Iwasalsoresponsibleforthedevelopmentoftheartworkonthedrinkbottles.Thisinvolvedbeingproficientinthedesigntoolstodeliveroutcomesinanefficientandtimelymanner.AdditionallyIwasinvolvedin;thedevelopmentofnewdrinkbottledesignsandcolours,thoroughmarketresearchconductedfornewproductdesigns,andcolours,planningmarketstrategiesfornewproductstotargetcurrentclientsandobtainnewones.JUNIORGRAPHICDESIGNER–ROARCREATIVE
