The campaign was extremely successful culminating in Zed’s re-election and promotion with his political party. Led the ongoing strategic marketing program for Brand Canberra. This included partnering with multiple government agencies and dealing with stakeholders at the SES level to successfully deliver the new Canberra.com.au website, the CBR 31 Days and We Are CBR Campaign. Managed the ONA coffee brand providing consultative services as well as strategic marketing direction. This included ongoing development of the brand, website, social media and marketing materials. Managing a broad portfolio of clients including ongoing business development, project management and customer relations. Successfully delivering outcomes through managing internal resources spread across different teams, procurement activities and contractors. DeliveredthenewbrandandwebsiteforDepartmentofPrimeMinisterandCabinet,consolidatingtheir22websitesinto3andrunningfocusgroups,markettesting,videoproductionmanagementandinteractiveinfographicdevelopment.

WorkedwiththefounderofFashfest,rantheeventcoordinationduringthefirstyear.Thisrequireddealingwithalotofunknowns,thinkingcreativelyandcomingupwithsolutionsrapidlytoputonthesuccessfulevent.

ConsistentlymetandexceededquarterlyKPIs.Thiswasachievedthroughactivelypursuingnewopportunities,consistentlydeliveringforexistingclientsandsuccessfullygrowingmycustomerbase.

Rantheinternshipprogramthatinvolvedregularintakeofuniversitystudentsstudyingmarketingandcommunications.Thisrequiredtrainingandmentoringsotheywereabletodeliversmallprojectsthemselves.Thiswasparticularlypleasingwhentheygraduatedandsecuredemploymentwithleadingfirmsintheindustry.
