Safety comes first! For the safety of our students, we strongly discourage door-to-door sales. Instead, students and parents should

ask family members, friends, office employees, and neighbors. Many parents take the chocolate to work!

*Return your permission to sell slip below and receive a box of 30 chocolate items. *Collect $2.00 for each item you sell. *Place the money in the money collection envelope found in each box. *When you have sold all 30 items, return the money to your teacher.

NO UNSOLD CHOCOLATE MAY BE RETURNED. *Receive another box of chocolate by signing the space next to ‘Extra Product Needed’ on the money envelope, or by sending another note from parent.
