Q: What does the Automated Assistant do? A: The Royal Caribbean International Automated Assistant provides phone based self-service options for
three common individual booking needs. This includes making a payment on one or more bookings, providing a balance due, or receiving a booking confirmation. This improves efficiency while making Royal Caribbean International easier to do business with.
Q: How long does it take? A: On average, the Automated Assistant reduces the time it takes to make a payment on one or more
bookings, provide a balance due, or receive a booking confirmation by half the time. No more waiting on hold to speak to an agent!
Q: What does Royal Caribbean International’s Automated Assistant NOT currently do? A: Currently, the Automated Assistant does not do the following:
• Does not support Group bookings • Does not support International bookings • Does not support Azamara Club Cruises bookings • Does not support making a new booking Note: Additional self-service options to come in the future
Q: How can I speak to a Service Representative if an issue arises? A: By doing the following:
• Pressing zero at any time • Asking to speak with a Service Representative • The Automated Assistant will ask if it is having trouble understanding the request
Q: Is my personal information safe? A: Royal Caribbean International takes information security and customer confidentiality very seriously.
