2.2.17 Ayaat 8-16

إحاطة علم الله وقدرته The knowledge and ability of Allah

encompasses everything

Say, "Who is Lord of the heavens and earth?" Say, "

Allah ." Say, "Have you then taken besides Him

allies not possessing [even] for themselves any benefit or any harm?" Say, "Is the

blind equivalent to the seeing? Or is darkness

equivalent to light? Or have they attributed to Allah partners who created like His creation so that the creation [of each] seemed similar to them?" Say, " Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the

Prevailing."

After all the details about all the creation submitting to Him, Allah commands His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم to ask the polytheists, who are worshipping the false gods, who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. Allah is the One who creates and sustains. Is there another guardian and protector besides Allah? The false gods don't even have the power to benefit themselves, so what can they do for you? The are disabled and unable. The false gods don't deserve your worship and devotion, they can do nothing for you.

These questions are to get you back to the fitrah. Is the one who has no eyesight the same as the one who can see? When you look at opposites, the truth becomes more firm. Is the darkness and the light the same? The answers are very obvious. The gods you worship besides Allah bring only darkness. They are as if blind, because the one who is in darkness cannot see, even if he has the sight. Those who worship the false gods are like the blind in the darkness. Allah is the All-Seer and the All-Knower, the Most High and Exalted. He can see a black ant on a black rock, in the darkness of the night.

Can these false gods create anything, like Allah? The shirk is so complicated and confusing. Allah is the irresistible, the Dominant. It is not possible to have two people as leaders, because there would be chaos. The truth is so clear, no one deserves your worship and devotion except Allah. The truth is so clear and evident.
