PTA RESOLUTION NO.01-Series of 2013

RESOLUTION SHOULDERING THE LABOR COST OF REPAIR AND REPAINTING OF NINE (9) CLASSROOMS OF LA CONCEPCION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SINDANGAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, Nine (7) classrooms of La Concepcion Elementary School needs to be repaired and repainted;

WHEREAS, repair and repainting are equally necessary on said room for the safety of the pupils and make it conducive for learning;

WHEREAS, the Zamboanga del Norte Division Office is willing to give financial assistance worth fifty thousand (Php 50,000.00) pesos only for the materials needed for the repair;

WHEREAS, the PARENTS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION (PTA) commit to shoulder the labor cost on the repair of seven classrooms.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of KAGAWAD JAY CAGAS and duly seconded by MRS. MA. MADELENE CAMELOTES be it resolved as it resolved as it does hereby resolve to approve PTA Resolution No.01- Series of 2013, a Resolution shouldering the Labor Cost of the repair and repainting of nine (7) classrooms of La Concepcion Elementary School, Madalum, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copy of the resolution to Zamboanga del Norte Division Office, District Office and the Principal’s Office.
