    A Kitchen Upgrade Committee hasbeen ormed to identiy the upgradesneeded in our kitchen in order to obtaina commercial rating. A commercialrating will allow us to prepare oodunder the rules and regulations o theEnvironmental Services Health Code oPinal County. The Committee is currentlyobtaining pricing on items we know mustbe replaced in order to comply with County

    Health Codes. Currently, our kitchen is abeautiul Demonstration kitchen but notlicensed or commercial ood and beverageuses. A commercial license will allow usto do undraisers and special events orunctions where ood and beverage ispart o the event, without having to hirea licensed caterer. For events where acaterer is desired, the commercial kitchenwill allow cooking to be done on site,allowing or a better quality ood product.The Kitchen Upgrade Committee iscomprised o Le Bordelon, Lee Johns
