Scheduling Plus provides powerful and user-friendly features to make scheduling and master schedule building faster and easier. You can build nearly any type of schedule, including block scheduling, for schools of all sizes. The module offers two different modes to build your schedule:
• The Automatic Scheduler analyzes relevant information, such as course requests and teacher availability, and builds your schedule for you.
• The Interactive Scheduler gives you more control over the scheduling process. This mode analyzes the relevant information and suggests which periods would be best, and shows where teachers are available. You can make effective, data-driven decisions based on this information.

Flexible Scheduling Options: Schedule students all at once, by grade level or individually.
Walk-In Scheduling: When students enroll after scheduling has been completed, schedule them individually without disrupting previously scheduled students.
Precision Balance: Scheduling Plus creates the most evenly balanced sections possible, shuffling students until it achieves a schedule with optimally balanced sections.
Optional Study Hall Scheduler: Automatically schedule students into study halls for their free periods.

Email, Web and Mobile Features
Email Schedules: Email schedules in grid or line format to individual students or groups, such as homerooms, teachers and parents.
Receive Student Course Requests Online: Email a direct link to the online course request form for families to complete.
Post Schedules Online: Make schedules available online for parents and students.
Schedules on Your Mobile Device: View any student’s schedule right on your smartphone or tablet. The class the student is scheduled to be in is automatically highlighted.

Scheduling Plus
Reports to Facilitate Scheduling
Print Forms and Reports: Sign-up sheets, online course request forms, manual or scanned course request forms, course preference forms, and course request verification forms are just a few examples of the forms and reports you can generate.
Master Schedule of Requests: Lists all students’ requests by department to ensure appropriate course selections.
Tally Report: Tallies the number of students who requested each course by grade, gender or other criteria.
Course Master List: Lists details such as level, credits, weight, GPA factor, optimum size, length (semester, year, quarter, etc.), book titles and fees (course, books, labs, etc.). Print any of these details on students’ schedules.
Super Deluxe Schedule Builder to Build Your Master Schedule
The Super Deluxe Schedule Builder, included with Scheduling Plus, provides advanced and powerful tools to build the best master schedule for your school:
• Graphical scheduling console with running “scoreboard” to track unscheduled courses and students.
• Build schedules for both semesters at once.
• Minimize conflicts.
• Include teacher pools, time pools and room pools in the scheduling process.
