• School culture is ever changing because of down-county consortium •The school is the center of the community, not only for the educational opportunities it offers the students and adults, but also because it acts as a community center and outreach center for community groups. •Gang violence is a major concern for educators and community members

• The school is a reflection of the community as well as the center of the community. •Because the role of the school is such a big one in the community, it gives teachers and administrators great power. •Staff at Einstein has the ability to plan activities and use the facilities knowing that the community will be actively involved. •It is a teacher-centered model that all schools should follow.
