Student Management

Click on Student Management menu to mange students.

When you click on Student Management menu others options are available

View Students for View and Edit Students.

Add Students for add new students.

Import Students for import students from MS Excel file (Only from 2003 version file) .

Standard Manager for manage standard of students.

Branch Manager for managing branch like Gujarati Medium, English Medium.

Student Subject for maintain and view which optional subject allow to which students.

Other Detail for maintain and view students detail.



Add Students

When you click on Add Student menu one form opened which is shown below.



Student Management >> Add Student >>

Fill all information of student and click button to store information.



Import Students

When you click on Import Student menu one form opened which is shown below.



Student Management >> Import Student >>

To import student detail from MS Excel file first locate Excel file using button and enter file lo-

cation path. Then click on button to import information. Please note that Excel file must be in 2003

version format the other formats are not allowed and Excel file sheet name must be “Students” only other names are

not allowed.

Button shows example of excel file how it looks like.



View and Edit Students

When you click on View Student menu one form opened which is shown below.

When this form is opened then clicks on View Students button to fill student’s

information. After click on this button form will fill by student information shown in below.



Student Management >> View Student >>

By click on new student is added.

By click on student information export to MS Excel file.

By click on student names are format to regular case. This is not converting to original form

again.

The other facilities are for searching students details.

To Edit Student information double clicks on grid row and then control transfer to other form explain below.

This from contain all old information of clicked student from grid. Edit information which h you want and click on

button to save edited information of student.

To delete that particular student click on button this is make student to deactive. This is

not further activating again.

To reset all information click on button.



Standard Manager

When you click on Standard Manager Menu one form opened which is shown below.

To add new standard or division click on button one new form will opened shown in below.

Here one option present for selecting branch name for searching standard information.

Double clicks on grid row for add and maintain standard, division, semester, subject and optional subject infor-

mation for particular each standard. For this one form displayed shown in below.

Here you can show, add, edit and delete all information of standard, division, semester and subject also.



Exam Management

From here you can add and maintain OMR and Regular exams, manage exam templates, Merge Exams Results,

add and maintain exams groups, generate and print barcode and view and print all result reports branch and student

wise. All above shown menu task explain further one by one.



Manage Exams

From here view and manage OMR exam. The following form are describe how maintain exams.

From here view and manage Regular exam. The following form are describe how maintain exams.

From here view and manage Exam groups.

Form here you can merge exams, Manage exam

style (templates), print barcode and view and

print all types of results and exams reports



Exam Management >> View OMR Exam >> Double Click on Grid

In this form first choose exam group then choose branch then standard then if semester system then select

semester then choose subject of exam then enter question set then enter name of exam, pick exam date, enter if any

note and then after click on button to save exam.

Button for delete particular exam and Button for reset all information of exam.

Copying particular exam by clicking on button.

To manage questions and answers for exams click on button. When you click on this button the below

form will be displayed. This is explaining further.

In shown form the first frame indicate information about exam like ExamId, ExamName, Compulsory Questions

and added questions.

Here button used for automatic generate question from Question Bank. If you have question

bank permission then and then only generate questions.

By clicking button you can change, create and edit format of exam mean paper style of exam.

If you want to add question group or new question or new section into exam paper click on

button.

It is an editable portion. If you want perform edi-

tion in section double click on particular portion

to edit.



If you want to add question manually from question bank or enter your question click on

button. Here you can add question from Question Bank and add your own question also.

If you want to create jumble sets of exam paper click on button. It is set interchanging ques-

tions in every set.

If there is any problem and you want to delete question from section click on button.

To make correction into section arrangement click on button. Here you can interchange

position of section by dragging.

There is one option available for import question from word file. To import questions from word file click on

button. After click on button choose file location from you want to import questions. Remember it is

refer only fix format file which is given to you with software. which is explain further.



View Exam

To view all exam click on above shown menu this is shown below form.



Exam Management >> View All Exam >>

In this form first select branch from branch selection then select standard and then enter exam name for search-

ing particular exam from grid. All exam displayed by button and radio buttons are classified exam

into particular choice.

Button used for add new OMR exam.

Button used for add new Regular exam.



Manage Exam Template

Exam Management >> Manage Exam Template >>

Here you can manage exam template or exam paper style. You can add, update and delete from here. You can

manage question groups from here.



Auto Generate Questions

Exam Management >> View OMR Exam >> Double Click on Grid >> Questions >> Auto

Generate >>

Select Chapters from

here which you want

to include into exam.

Select Topics from here

which you want to include

into exam.

Indicate how many marks ques-

tions are include into exam from

this Topic or Chapter.

Word Import (Questions Import from Word File)

Exam Management >> View OMR Exam >> Double Click on Grid >> Questions >>

From here select file path which contain questions. Remember that It support fix format file only which is shown

below.

Note that importing process takes little longer time respectively to how many questions so do not

use mouse or keyboard while importing process is running.

When you click on this

format word file and

*.docx for 2007 format

word file.



In this file put answer and browse this file only. In this file no any font restriction but structure need unique only.

When import is complete the below form is shown.

Question Serializing & Print Question Sets

Exam Management >> View Exam >> Double Click on Grid >>

Question serializing mean creating jumble set of question papers. This facility used by performing following

process and instruction. Here you can alternate multiple answers of particular questions also. Question serializing avail-

able only in OMR Exams.

To create jumble sets first enter

here how many number of jumble

sets you want to create.

Click here to serialize ques-

tions into jumble sets.

When you click here one

Click on this button to scan

First put master sheet into

First put answer sheet into

scanner then press this button

to scan it.

If answer sheets are available

as files and you want to use

this answer sheet file then

click on this button to locate it.

After clicking this button select

files from its location.

Compare answer sheet with

master sheet. This button En-

able after scan process.

Give information about result

of particular student.



Result Management

From Result Management menu you can view and print result as student wise, subject wise, assessment wise, all

indicator reports, month attendance report, toppers report and progress report.



Student Wise Result

Result Management >> Student Wise Result

First select branch from branch selection option then select standard then select division. After that select result

format from result template selecting option and then press button to print report.

Button produce optional subject result of particular student and button produce

main subject result.

To export all result click on button.



Subject Wise Result

Result Management >> Subject Wise Result

Using above form you can view and generate subject wise result of student. You can export and import Excel

files from here.



Assessment Wise Result

Result Management >> Assessment Wise Result >>

Using above form you can view and generate assessment wise result of student. You can export and import Ex-

cel files from here for all assessment and also for particular assessment.



Attendance Report

Result Management >> Month Attendance >>

From here you can generate monthly attendance report. And also export and import from Excel file.



Settings

Here you can set question paper header, manage grading system, SMS settings, Scanner Settings, manage User

and change password.
