In accordance to these guidelines, non- prescription medications such as Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl, etc. will not be administered by Richmond School District staff, and will not be kept at school. PARENT/TEACHER APPRECIATION LUNCHEON On May 9th, Hamilton parents and staff enjoyed a fantastic lunch for the annual appreciation luncheon. Mr. Hoath, Mrs. Angie Liu & Ms. Mei spoke to acknowledge the partnership between the Hamilton staff, PAC and the Hamilton Community Centre for all the work that has gone towards another successful year. For those parents unable to attend, the Hamilton staff want to thank you for all you do to help the Hamilton community this school year. FANTASTIC TRACK AND FIELD MEET! We are very proud of all the grade 3-7 students, who wanted to participate and were in attendance at the annual track meet at Minoru on May 8th. Many of the relay teams and individual field event participants did very well! All students displayed excellent sportsmanship and cheered on their friends and classmates with enthusiasm. Please note ribbons will be awarded to the top eight participants. The relay races were timed and the heat winners are not necessarily the overall winner of the race. A big THANK YOU to Mr. Kenler who did a lot of preparation for this event. We also want to extend a huge thank you to all the parent volunteer drivers who offered to help transport some of our athletes to and from the track meet. Event photos are on the next page. Parents are welcome to join students at an assembly on Wednesday, May 16th at 2:00 PM for a special slideshow and presentation of ribbons.
