The Care & Growth model is predicated on two assumptions
You can account for excellence at any level
(from the individual to the work group to a globalcorporation, a country and even the world) onthe basis of single criterion we call Intent toserve
Individual and organizational excellence are oneissue not two. This is true from two point ofviews:
You can not command others if you are not incharge of your own life.
