Science Undergraduate Research Conference Sharing Discovery Students and graduates who have recently completed an undergraduate research project (NFQ Level 8 or NFQ Level 7) in a Scientific discipline are invited to submit a 250 word abstract for an oral or poster presentation at the First Annual Science Undergraduate Research Conference. DIT, IT Tallaght and IT Blanchardstown are pleased to announce the hosting of the First Annual Science Undergraduate Research Conference on 13th November 2015 in DIT’s Grangegorman Campus. Submissions are invited from students in DIT, IT Tallaght and IT Blanchardstown who have recently completed an undergraduate research project in a Scientific discipline. The aims of the conference are to: Provide recent graduates with an opportunity to gain a reviewed publication based on the scientific research undertaken by them during their undergraduate studies. Celebrate the academic achievements of recent graduates in the scientific disciplines. Provide a multi-disciplinary scientific forum through which undergraduate research outputs can be disseminated to students, researchers, academic professionals and industry. Submission Guidelines Submissions are welcome from the following, and related, disciplines: Biological Science, Chemistry, Computing, Food Science, Forensics, Health Science, Horticulture, Mathematics, Nutrition, Pharmaceuticals, Physics Details Abstract submission deadline: Friday, 12th June 2015, 5pm.
