Scope of Work - Single Family, Grant Ave, El Cajon , CA Project Introduction and Overview Spectacular renovation in southwest El Cajon. This 3 BR/ 2.5 BA 1,612 square foot house is located just off of the 8 highway with easy access to the 8 and the 125 freeways, shopping, parks and schools. Rehab Overview The home is outdated and needs new finishes throughout. We did custom tile work in kitchen and baths and updated lighting and added new flooring throughout and new paint on the interior and exterior. The renovation included converting the existing garage into a master suite including a bathroom and walk in closet and constructing a new 2 car garage. Contractor Overview Licensed contractors were used to complete all renovations. EXTERIOR: General: 1. Remove all debris in front and back yard 2. Remove shed in the back yard 3. Remove existing patio cover 4. Convert existing car port to two car garage and finish with T1-11 siding (provide bid for stucco)(See

attached layout) 5. Install new roll up garage door and opener 6. Install wooden fence (Dog ears) to the left of new garage and seal with clear coat 7. Construct a new deck porch off of French doors going to back yard (cover existing concrete porch) 8. Remove existing wood deck in front yard 9. Paint entire house per color scheme

to bottom of window (or keep existing and cut header to raise existing) INTERIOR: DEMO: 1. Remove all trash in house 2. Demo kitchen and remove all cabinets, countertops and backsplash 3. Demo bathroom toilet, vanity, and shower surround 4. Demo wall dividing kitchen and living room (see attached layout) 5. Demo interior of existing converted garage GENERAL: 1. Paint all interior doors 2. Change all door hinges and hardware with brush nickel 3. Sand and refinish existing hardwood floors 4.
