n celebration of the many hard-work-ing Americans upon whose backs the
strength, well-being, and prosperity of ourcountry was built, Labor Day also signifies, for many, the end of the summer and thebeginning of fall. In Beaufort it’ll still be hotfor a bit, but with the kids back in schooland our daily routines soon getting back tosomething close to “normal” (whatever thatmeans) make sure to enjoy this last hurrahout on the water with your folks and friends.
What with the football season crankinginto high gear, both Saturday andSunday (and for most of us, Fridaynight too), are effectively booked upfor the next few months, reserved forour gridiron favorites. And it’ll be allCarolina/Clemson or Eagles/Dolphinsaround the office water cooler or cof-feemaker too, so best hope your boysare having a good year or we promiseyou’ll never hear the end of it.
So what are your plans for Labor Day? Andare y’all ready for fall?
