All stations will have chafer, fuels and serving utensils.There will be a $50 Attendant Fee PER Station. The number of stations allowed will depend on the guest count and the layout of the room.

Securing Your Date & PaymentA NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $500 is due to secure the date/time/space. You will be sent a contract for approval that includes all terms & conditions.

Remaining balance is due FIVE (5) DAYS before the event. (Some Exclusions Apply- Ask Director of Private Events for more details)

Preferred form of payment is Cash or Check payable to Olesia's Taverne of Richfield. For your convenience, Olesia's also accepts Visa, MC, AE and Discover.

Cancellations:

If the host cancels 30 days prior to the event, the host will pay the full amount thatthe event would have actualized. If the host cancels 60 days prior to the event, the

host will pay half the amount that the event would have actualized. If the hostcancels more than 60 days, the host will pay a room minimum of $1,200.

All charges will be applied to the credit card on file. The host has the option to reschedule once (1).

The host must notify Olesia's 60 days before the event date. The reschedule musthappen within a year timeframe but can be a different event.

The reschedule will depend on availability and the pricing may vary. It is NOT Olesia's responsibility to notify you of the timeframes.

Olesia's shall have no liability of any kind for any failure to perform herein due to fire, flood, earthquakes, accidents, worldwide illness, strikes or other labor

disputes or any other act or event beyond its control.

Final Guarantee:A final guarantee is required TEN (10) Days before your event. After that, no

allowances will be made for numbers less than the guarantee count. If more foodor people is added during your event, the additional cost will be added to the card

on file. If a final guarantee is not given by the designated date, the count will be based on the number of guests given when the contract was signed.

Ages: 2 and Younger are Free, 3-11 are Half Price, 12 and Older are Full PricePlease consult with the Director should there be a dietary need.

No guarantees if this is NOT finalized BEFORE the event.

Room Minimum:There is a $1,500 food/beverage/décor minimum.

Additional Food:

For liability reasons, we do not permit outside food or alcohol with the exception of cake and desserts. There is a $25 fee for plating and serving.

If there is outside alcohol, there will be a charge of $250 charged to thecard on file. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Decorations:

Decorations must be approved by The Director of Private Events & Catering.NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, CONFETTI BALLOONS, REAL CANDLES, SAND or nothingtacked/stapled to the walls that could cause damage to Olesia's. If these

substances are being used, there will be a $250 clean up fee charged to the creditcard on file. All items must be removed from Olesia's once the event has concluded.

Olesia's Taverne of Richfield is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items. Set-Up- You are allowed ONE (1) Hour before the event to set-up and

decorate. If the event room is available, the client may get in early but it will depend on the events that day. No Guarantees!

Clean-Up- Everything must be taken the day of the event. Should anything be leftbehind you will be given a THREE (3) day grace period. After three days, the items

left are at Olesia's discretion. Olesia's is NOT responsible should anything get broken,damaged or stolen should such occur.

Incidentals:

There must be a credit card on file for events. Should there be any incidentalsbefore, during or after the event, the credit card on file will be charged the amount

to cover such damages. This includes: responsibility for all guests, vendors andanyone involved in the event process. The host will be notified immediately.

Photography/Videography/Social Media:

We reserve the right to photograph or video any event. These images or videos maybe used for future advertising and/or promotional material. All measure will be

taken to ensure client confidentiality.
