FY15 Transportation recommendations

Continue using modified snow routes as operational base

Standardize to 3 arrival times Arrival times

7:35 8:25 9:15

Impacts 21 elementary schools 1 middle school 4 high schools 10 k-8 schools (up to 30 minutes)

Sunset all remaining grandfather (exceptions to the Standards)

Limit Transportation to neighborhood attendance area Schools w/exception of High Schools

2.4 -2.8 M Eliminate Transportation to out of area Option

Students 600K

No new grandfathering due to boundary work

Information going foward

1. Fairmount Park w/APP options 2nd tier 1-4 buses (52-208,00)2. Jane Adams k-8 to Marshall - No additional cost3. Jane Adams MS – 1st tier APP dependent 1-3 (52-156,000)4. Pinehurst to Lincoln 2nd tier – No additional cost5. Johns Stand ford – McDonald now and options school – dependent on now

or old Hamilton MS service area6. Dearborn park – No change7. Arbor Heights to Boren 2nd tier – 4 buses (208,000)
