In additi on to checks, you can print your internal forms with SecureCheck - W-2s, 1099s, invoices, and more, and modifi cati ons to your check and form designs are easily managed from within the soft ware.

The event log tracks all user and system acti vity; whether a user login was successful or failed, permissions were modifi ed, check outlines were updated, or checks were printed, the event log records it all.

Print a security watermark across the face of your checks. The watermark con-tains the payee name and amount, with customizable setti ngs for line spacing, pitch, and grayscale.

For greater security, print the check amount in Reverse Font or Micro Font in a second locati on on your checks.

Assign administrati ve and printi ng per-missions suited a user’s exact role and responsibiliti es. Double-Login require-ments are also assignable.

Replace error-prone, vulnerable manual processes with reliable, secure approval workfl ow automati on. Batch appoval functi onality off ers capability for 2-ti er, amount-based approvals. Approvers are noti fi ed and log in to approve/deny batches or individual checks from an ap-proval queue.

Keep specifi ed recipients informed of important check printi ng acti vity. Avail-able event noti fi cati ons include any of the following:

Create and easily modify form-graphic overlays for multi ple checking accounts, with 12 text objects and 7 graphic objects available per form. As part of your installati on, AP Technology will design and pre-load up to four check or form outlines (additi ons opti onal).

Viewer provides WYSIWYG capabiliti es to view check data locati ons and create a real-ti me audit map.

Defi ne how many signatures (one, two or no signatures) are printed on each check based on check amount. Each checking account can have its own logic patt ern.

Print mixed-account check runs with automated selecti on of the correct check-overlay and printer.

Sort based on check number, payee, date, amount, fi lename, overlay, or batch number from the print queue.

Automati cally create and store a copy of each printed check in .pdf format. Eliminate the need to print and fi le paper copies.
